Getting started after approval

What happens after your access request is approved.

  1. Email with access link. You’ll receive an email with your console access link.
  2. Set up your account. Click the link, set your password, confirm your plan.
  3. Download Zero. Download the desktop app from the console. Available for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel).
  4. Open your first workspace. Launch Zero, click Open workspace, select your project directory.
  5. Create your first case. Name it, describe the problem, open in INVESTIGATING.
  6. Run your first session. Start a planning session. Review the plan, approve it, watch Zero work.
Currently macOS-only. Windows and Linux are planned.
