Terms of Service

1. What you're accepting

Using Polymath Zero — the desktop app, the console, and the API — means accepting these terms.

2. Access and accounts

Access is approval-gated. We may revoke access at any time for misuse or non-payment. Accounts are individual unless a Team plan is active.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly. PAYG is a prepaid credit model. No refunds on consumed credit. Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing period.

4. What Zero does and does not do

Zero is a case management and AI-assisted engineering tool. It does not guarantee that AI-produced code changes are correct, safe, or secure. Proof is operator-verified — not Zero-certified. You are responsible for reviewing all code changes before merging.

5. Code and data

Your code and case memory remain on your machine. Zero does not transmit case data to remote servers except as needed for account management and billing. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Zero to generate malicious code, automate attacks, or circumvent security systems. We may terminate access for misuse.

7. Limitation of liability

Zero is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect AI output, code changes, or data loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after 30 days’ notice constitutes acceptance.
