Privacy Policy

• Access request data: name, email, company, role, intended use, preferred plan.
• Account data: email, plan, billing status (handled via payment processor).
• Usage data: session counts, case counts (anonymized; no code content).

• Case memory files (problem definitions, session logs, memory markdown, proof files).
• Code context — never transmitted to Zero servers.
• Regression memory index — local only.

• Access request submissions.
• Account and billing information (via payment processor — we do not store card data).
• Anonymized product usage metrics (optional, can be disabled).

Payment processing is handled by an external processor (named at access time). Email is used for access request and account notifications only.

You may request deletion of your access request data or account data at any time.

• Access request data: retained until access is granted or denied, then anonymized after 12 months.
• Account data: retained while the account is active, deleted within 30 days of a cancellation request.

We’ll notify active accounts of material changes.
