Refund Policy
Billing and refund processing is in development. The terms below reflect intended policy.
1. Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable — cancelling mid-month does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the remaining days.
2. Pay-as-you-go credits
The initial $300 deposit and any $50 recharge credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits may be transferred to a subscription plan at their face value upon request.
3. Exceptions
If Zero is inaccessible due to a platform-side issue for more than 48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next billing period. This credit is calculated based on the daily rate of your current plan. Credit is applied automatically — no claim is required.

To request a refund or credit review, email with the subject line "Refund request — [your application ID]". Include your application ID and billing period. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
