PAY-AS-YOU-GO
$300 initial  ·  $50 recharge
burst · no subscription
APPLIES TO ALL PLANSProof gate is enforced on all plans. No case resolves without verified evidence. This is not a premium feature — it’s how Zero works.

Early access is approval-gated. After submitting a request, we review and follow up directly. Access is not instant.

HOW LIMITS WORK

Active cases
Work items in OPEN, INVESTIGATING, IMPLEMENTING, VERIFYING, BLOCKED, or NEEDS_USER_INPUT. RESOLVED and NON_ISSUE don’t count against the limit.
Sessions / week
Each planning, implementing, or verifying session counts as 1. Browsing diffs or editing memory files does not. Unused sessions don’t roll over.
Machines
Each machine running the Zero desktop app counts as 1. You can switch machines within your plan limit.

Pay-as-you-go

Burst use, no subscription.

Pay-as-you-go: $300 initial credit, $50 recharge. No subscription commitment. Suitable for burst use — resolving a backlog, a team trial, or infrequent heavy use.

Team plan

How Team works.

  • 5 machines share the same case list and memory.
  • Each machine has its own local workspace. Cases are shared via export/import or a shared filesystem mount.
  • Case export (JSON and markdown) is available on the Team plan. Import from another Zero instance is supported.
  • Session limits are shared across the team — 400 sessions/week total across all machines.
PLANNED
Real-time sync and cloud case sharing are planned. Current Team plan requires explicit case export/import for sharing.

FAQ

Common questions.

What counts as a session?+

One AI-assisted work run on a case. Starting a new planning pass, applying a fix, or running a regression test each constitutes one session.

Is access immediate after signing up?+

No. Access is approval-gated. We review each request and follow up directly. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.

Can I change my plan?+

Yes. Contact us after approval and we can adjust your plan.

What happens when my session limit is reached?+

You can still view and manage cases. New sessions are queued until the next billing period or you upgrade.

Is there a free trial?+

Not at this time. Early-access pricing is intentionally low.

What is proof and why is it required?+

Proof is verified evidence (test logs, traces, diff files) that you attach to a case before it can be marked RESOLVED. It is enforced by the system — not optional.

How does Zero use AI?+

Zero uses AI to run planning, implementing, and verifying sessions on your Work items. The AI reads your code context, forms a hypothesis, proposes a plan, and executes code changes. You approve the plan before any code runs. AI usage is built into the subscription — no separate AI billing.

HOW ZERO COMPARES

CapabilityIssue tracker + AI chatWith Zero
Session trackingNone — no record of what was triedEvery session logged: hypothesis, diff, tests
Proof enforcementVoluntary — up to the engineerSystem-enforced — RESOLVED blocked until proof
Regression recallManual search or memoryAutomatic: search resolved cases before you dig
Case structureUnstructured comments and notesStructured cases with state machine
Code stays local?Depends on AI toolAlways — code never leaves your machine

If you already have a process that logs sessions, enforces proof, and recalls past resolutions — Zero adds little. If you don’t, Zero gives you all three.
